Our workshops are laid back and a lot of fun! Each session is different depending on what we are doing, but usually we will begin by playing some drama warm-up games, focusing on building social skills and working on communication. If we are doing a show, we will then spend the rest of the time working on that. We have a choreographer who co-ordinates dance routines. Our workshops and scripts are tailored around our members, so everyone is welcome, regardless of abilities. Our sessions are relaxed, and there is no pressure on anyone to do anything they feel they are not able to do. However, we will always encourage everyone to do their best, and try new things! Our aim for each session is to ensure that everyone has fun and feels more confident about themselves.
Parents/carers are welcome to stay and watch if they wish, or go for a coffee and some respite.
